On way from Aille River Hostel in Doolin to Boulevard Guesthouse in Westport, we stopped in Galway and had a nice walk around part of the town.
We visited St. Mary’s, the big Catholic cathedral in Galway, and walked along the river and through some of the pedestrian mall in Galway.
In Westport, we were greeted by a heron looking for fish in the canal across from our B&B.
